Gripe water is an old-time English remedy for soothing babies' gripes that has been passed down from generation to generation for more than a century. Kolik gripe water is effective for the gentle relief from the following babies' discomforts: Colic, cramps, upset stomach, hiccoughs, teething. Although alcohol is traditionally used to extract essential oils from herbs and plants, we recognize that some parents would prefer not to administer any preparation containing alcohol to their infants. For them, we developed the first alcohol-free Kolik gripe water in Canada. In this formulation, only purified water is used to extract the anti-gas and stomach calming properties of natural source fennel oil, from fennel seed. Fennel has been a reliable remedy for centuries, as it helps relieve stomach pains and cramps due to gas.
